We had an amazing stay at oriental residence. the warm welcome from rehab at the reception set a positive tone for our visit. her excellent english and willingness to help made everything effortless. the ambiance was inviting, and the food was delicious, especially breakfast. the staff was very attentive, with special acknowledgment to mr biju and chief adel, who ensured our dining experience was really good. everything about the hotel was clean and stylish.

Would stay here again, I enjoyed the stay. This place is incredibly beautiful and the staff are very helpful. Its location is excellent & particularly good, near to restaurant and coffee shop. Again, it's 2 miles from bogs. There is a wide range of appetising food for breakfast.

The staff completely dropped the ball on my arrangements, and when I called for help with my luggage, I was left waiting endlessly, even while juggling my baby. No apologies whatsoever!

Their response was prompt, which I appreciated. The relaxation amenities, like massages, enhanced our stay, and nearby landmarks like King Fahad Park made for enjoyable family outings. a nice experience despite the hiccup.
